Unlike traditional financial planning practices, Outlook is structured to advise on queries ranging from a single issue to comprehensive on-going financial advice.

In addition to the traditional "face to face" meeting with a financial planner, you can also access professional advice over the phone and a further discounted rate.

Outlook offers you a no cost, no obligation initial consultation. You can use this opportunity to meet your adviser and understand how they can assist you in achieving your goals.

The cost of advice

Outlook has a flexible approach to plan preparation. You will be provided written advice tailored to suit you. The fee, which is discussed with you prior to the preparation of the advice, is based on your individual circumstances and does not include any commissions. All initial strategic advice is dollar based.

If you require advice in areas or products outside AESuper, Outlook will clearly detail the costs involved.

You are generally entitled to a minimum 10% discount on the price of face to face advice services offered by Outlook.

Outlook also offers a clearly defined range of ongoing service packages to suit all requirements. Costs of each service are clearly discussed with you prior to commencement.
